ABOUT.
This course provides the musician with the appropriate methods, techniques, strategies, and skills to begin training and/or refresh a student to begin building a successful classically trained musician. This is a class for students that did not audition into the FAME program, and true beginners. This includes students with playing experience, students who need help towards FAME auditions, and students without experience. Students will have the opportunity to audition for the FAME program, and higher class placement. This will take place in August and December. This class is a one semester class. A student wishing to participate in band year round must audition out to the FAME Band during the first week of the new school year. Students in this class do not qualify to participate in the Mighty Marching Jaguars marching ensemble. |
