New Manchester Jazz Band

ABOUT.
The NMHS jazz ensemble is comprised of FAME band students. The jazz ensemble performs different types of jazz charts, and works on improvisation skills to create a "groovy" performance. Soon we will expand the jazz offerings to include New Orleans style brass band.

REQUIREMENTS.​

• Must be a FAME student to be selected for the jazz ensemble.
• Attend the initial audition/try out rehearsal.
• Can or willing to learn how to improve.
• Must make all after school rehearsals.
• Strong rehearsal and practice etiquette.
• Acquire the proper performance attire.
